I recently stayed at this venue and was impressed with its location at the stadium, which made for a unique stay. Additionally, it was conveniently near the train station to explore further. The staff was also helpful, providing room service and maintaining a clean and tidy environment for guests. a great experience.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends, despite the staff being slightly stretched. Nevertheless, I was warmly greeted at reception and promptly attended to.

The room had comfortable double beds and was clean. The bathroom had both a bath and a shower. The hotel provided plenty of towels. The location was great, being close to Twickenham Stadium. The blackout curtains ensured a quiet and dark room at night.
Felt very well looked after, nothing too much trouble.

Easy check-in. Lovely room, but poor door system between bathroom/bedroom. Exceptionally clean everywhere. Helpful, friendly staff. Early check-in offered due to husband's broken bone. Breakfast staff very accommodating. Comfortable short stay. Welcoming, polite, efficient reception staff. Nice, well-appointed bedroom and bathroom. Excellent position, quiet atmosphere, great view from room 441.

We had a great stay at a hotel located right in front of the bus stop in Twickenham stadium. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely shower in the bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and the all-you-can-eat breakfast had delicious scrambled eggs. The convenience of being close to the train station and bus stop made it easy for us to explore the area.
The noise from the rain on the metal sun shades outside the hotel was a bit bothersome.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, just a short walk away from the center of Twickenham. The staff were friendly and cute, always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms werevery comfy and tidy, with the beds being a highlight - I had a great night's sleep. the hotel offers access to the nearby Virgin Gym, a convenient perk for those looking to stay active.
There were a few issues that could be improved upon. The wifi connection was unreliable, and I experienced difficulties connecting on two occasions.
